Mandate and context
As a key strategic partner of the CHU de Québec-Université-Laval, the Foundation has the capacity to rally the generosity of the community spanning from the Capitale-Nationale to New Brunswick. With this mission firmly in focus, the Foundation has set forth a four-year plan aimed at solidifying its role by expanding its donor base and enhancing its influence.
Implementation and solutions
After several iterative exercises in collaboration with the client and their teams, Volume10 gained a comprehensive understanding of their needs and co-created a shared vision for the final product: a strategic plan for the next four years. This process involved conducting numerous interviews and deploying a large-scale survey across the Foundation's ecosystem. This allowed us to not only evaluate perceptions of the Foundation's role towards the CHU de Québec-Université Laval and its partners, but also to identify opportunities for enhancing community engagement and celebration. Drawing from this plan, Volume10 developed an action plan in which actions and performance indicators were collectively determined by all Foundation teams to maximize employee commitment.
Impact and outcomes
This exercise empowers the Foundation to steer its initiatives through a clearly defined strategy. This strategy will not only enhance the Foundation's ability to maximize the impact of each donation by deepening its understanding of its clientele but also by fostering an engaging dialogue with its community. Furthermore, it will enable the Foundation to articulate a clearer vision of its fund allocation process, thereby facilitating a more effective and efficient utilization of available resources.
