April 2024 marked a turning point in Quebec’s healthcare system with Geneviève Biron’s appointment as head of Santé Québec. Recognizing this opportunity, the CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal (CCOMTL) set out to solidify its role as a key driver of change and a strategic ally for Santé Québec. The initiative aimed to leverage CCOMTL’s expertise, innovative approach, and vision to elevate healthcare standards province-wide.

Compelling Narrative: A unifying narrative, built around the “Care Everywhere” vision, was designed to position CCOMTL as a pivotal solution-provider for Quebec’s healthcare challenges and a reliable partner to Santé Québec. Focused Outreach: Tailored communication assets and presentation frameworks were created to elevate CCOMTL’s profile and influence among key stakeholders and provincial partners.

With Santé Québec’s operations commencing in December 2024, the foundation laid by this initiative is already bearing fruit.
