Through comprehensive interviews with all family members and key service providers (lawyers, accountants, notaries, etc.), combined with an in-depth financial analysis of the company’s past, present, and 5–10-year, Volume10 is developing multiple strategic scenarios for the company’s future. This process includes facilitating a strategic family retreat to ensure a well-informed decision on the long-term action plan.
