Mandate and context
For 80 years, the Conservatoire has contributed to the international influence of Quebec culture by training renowned artists such as Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Robert Lepage and Monia Chokri. The institution wishes to find new sources of financing to pursue its mission while continuing to offer unique personalized education.
Implementation and solutions
Volume10 analyzed the Conservatory's financial resources and then built a powerful argument under the theme of "universal access to music education" in order to solicit new investments. Meetings with the ministère de la Culture et des Communications were held to develop a mobilizing real estate project.
Impact and outcomes
During government meetings, the investment argument created by Volume10 is frequently cited by Monique Leroux, and the steps taken have had a mobilizing effect on the Conservatoir’s ecosystem.
