With the ambition to become a learning and innovative organization, BAnQ seeks to establish a shared definition of innovation, engage employees at all levels, and create concrete mechanisms to foster the emergence of groundbreaking projects.

Strategic Reflection Sessions: Support for the Human Resources Directorate through collaborative sessions to clarify innovation-related objectives and priorities. Co-Creation: Brainstorming to develop a shared definition of innovation aligned with BAnQ's mission. Knowledge Sharing and Dissemination: Facilitating discussions to identify best practices and develop concrete initiatives, such as dedicated innovation time slots, creative sprint sessions, and knowledge-sharing moments on internal successes.
Impact and outcomes
The mandate is currently being implemented with encouraging initial results: employees mobilized around new tools and shared concepts, and an institution strengthened in its role as a cultural and digital leader.
